For any provider who hasn't made their services available online, taking the first step can be a daunting prospect. Connect to Support will give you as much support as possible.

Keeping your store up to date

You can add more products or services to your store at any time by completing our Additional Items Form.

If you wish to make changes to what is already on there, please email these through to the team at info@publicconsultinggroup.co.uk they will be updated accordingly. Alternatively you can use our Hesk ticketing system to submit any errors or amendments.

Other information for providers

For some ideas on how to market your store, please take a look at our Provider Marketing tips which include a logo pack for you to use on your website and a form to create a quick link that you can use within your written promotional materials.

If you are a local group or organisation and you would like to advertise your group, session or event within Connect to Support, please complete our Directory Entry registration form.

We will regularly provide updates including statistics on users and activity on the Rotherham Connect to Support site - these can be downloaded within this section once issued (the first one is in progress and will be uploaded here once published).
